Windows 7 unit conversion

A nice upgrade to Windows 7 is the built-in Calculator program unit converter. This can be a very useful tool if you're someone who needs to do this often. Simply follow the steps below to convert units of power, mass, time, and volume.

1. Click the Start button, select "All programs", "Accessories" and then "Calculator" to open the Windows 7 calculator.

2. Then select the 'View' menu, and then click "Convert drive".

3. A window unit conversion appears to the right of the calculator.You can then click the drop-down menu and select the type of unit you want to convert.

4. In the "From" box, type the starting unit value.

5. At the bottom of the panel unit conversion, you will see a box of "TO".in the drop-down menu, select the drive you want to convert to.
